1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Omni ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Titan Shards & Virtual Currency
Titan Shards are a virtual, non-transferable, non-refundable in-platform currency. They have no monetary value outside the Platform. We reserve the right to modify shard values, rewards, and pricing at any time.
4. Community Conduct
You agree not to harass, abuse, or threaten other users. Content that is hateful, illegal, or harmful is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and trademarks on the Platform are owned by Lean Engineering. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
6. Impact & Charitable Contributions
Omni facilitates clean-water contributions through gameplay. Actual charitable donations are managed by Lean Engineering and partner organizations. Shard-to-impact ratios are approximate and subject to change.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
